Community Reintegration Program

The Lonewater Farm Community Reintegration Program provides men a residential setting whereby they can acquire the necessary knowledge, tools and skills to facilitate recovery and successful reintegration into the community.

Objectives

• To provide a recuperative environment in which to focus on personal growth, healthy lifestyles and recovery.
• To identify, assess and implement strategies to address the physical, mental, social and spiritual factors contributing to dependency.
• To provide information and access to community resources addressing vocational and life skills: stress management, education, employability, self-esteem, physical fitness and nutrition, healthy relationships.
• To educate individuals in all aspects of dependency and assist with development and implementation of a recovery plan.

All referrals are made through the Nurse Coordinator.
