Patient Programs: A Patient/Customer Focus

AHSC's Program Management model focuses on delivering care to groups of patients with similar needs. Clinical Department Heads partner with Administrative Directors in the management of 22 distinct patient programs in six program groupings to provide interdisciplinary patient care. 

Region Managers are responsible for seven clinical support services, and Facility Administrators are responsible for understanding the health needs of each community. The results are positive impacts on care delivery, infrastructure, patient relations and communication.
