If you have not already picked up equipment in preparation for your surgery, then be prepared to stop on your way home.

You will need:

• Grab bars for bathroom
• Tub bench
• Walker, cane or crutches depending on your physiotherapist’s advice in hospital. Send your support buddy to pick up the walking aids once you know what you will need.

Your Options are to loan, rent or buy. Some insurance plans may cover medical equipment.
