Health Information Centres

Local Health Reference Centres are accessible to the public, community groups, and health care professionals. This computerized reference system is easy to use and contains information on many health-related topics. The computer searches 150 health periodicals, 100 consumer-oriented magazines, 500 medical and health education pamphlets and 5 leading medical reference books to find answers to specific questions.
