Our Mission:

Our goal is to maximize the health status of our clients and provide wound care services in an efficient and sustainable manner. 

Our practice is based on existing, evidence-based guidelines including those provided by the Canadian Association of Wound Care (CAWC) and the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO).

We believe that our holistic and interdisciplinary team approach is essential for our home care clients and results in an increased level of satisfaction for our clients and our professionals.

Our professional staff:

• Take part in regular educational opportunities
• Are supported by a wound care resource team
• Use photographic technology to assist in wound assessment
• Have diverse training in wound care practices
• Attend national and international wound care educational conferences
• Work in collaboration with physicians to provide optimal care
