Regional Health Authorities

Regional Health Authorities (RHA) manage hospital facilities, community Healthcare centers and the Extra - Mural Program within the region’s geographic territory. The RHAs are responsible for the planning and management of EMP service delivery within the region and to ensure that home healthcare services are available and are delivered according to established policies and standards.
