Extra-Mural Program service providers are responsible to:

• Promote informed decision making
• Deliver client centered care
• Accept a client’s right to accept risk
• Reinforce the personal responsibility for health and healthcare
• Respect the privacy of clients and families
• Deliver quality services based on establishment procedures and standards
