support, dressing changes, IV’s, administrative tasks, to case conferencing,
driving a car in all weather, support to team members, ordering and cleaning
equipment and 24 hour on call service … and much, much more. No day is the
same…It’s challenging and rewarding.
Some qualities that are required to be successful within the EMP organization is an ability to adapt, a sense of humour, acceptance of change, broad knowledge base of nursing and community resources and team’s abilities, humility and good communication skills.
