Education & Development
The Extra-Mural Program values and promotes on-going education and
professional development. There are various funding sources available.
We benefit from the sharing of expertise and knowledge of individuals within
the Corporation. For example:
- Breast Health Clinic giving in-service to an Extra-Mural Unit
- Library Services, ie. Literature search
- Computer training, etc
- Professional development days are provided

Each discipline has the opportunity to be involved in committee work such
as, Continuous Quality Improvement, Policies and Procedures, Human
Resources, etc.
