The Extra-Mural Program is committed to the provision of quality services in fulfilling its mission. The Program aims to complement, support and enhance the services provided by individual's families and communities.

The individual/family have several responsibilities as clients of the Extra-Mural Program. The client/family, according to ability, is responsible to:

• Participate in the assessment and planning for intervention / discharge
• Provide ongoing communication regarding the effectiveness and quality of the intervention
• Provide intervention, as delegated, to the greatest extent possible
• Provide a safe environment for service providers
• Be available at a given time for service, as agreed
• Notify service providers of any changes that may affect service provision
