Radiological Technology is the application of x-rays for diagnosis and therapeutic intervention. With the use of computers, digital images are being produced for all types of x-ray examinations to study anatomical structures and function of body systems. The radiological technologist assesses the patient's condition, positions the patient to best visualize body structures and demonstration of pathology, operates x-ray / computer equipment and evaluates the diagnostic quality of the image.
