Youth:

• After School Drop-In: hip, fun Teen Centre open Monday to Friday, from 3:00pm (summer hours are extended)
• Art Madness: program exploring creativity through a variety of media
• Asthma Management Group
• Baby Think it Over: pregnancy prevention program for teens
• Becoming Your Best: self-development program for ages 12 - 14 and 15 - 19
• Body Blast: program that provides opportunities to get physically fit while learning new skills.
• .COM computer room:internet equipped computer room available during Drop-In hours.
• Discovery: anger management program for ages 12 -14 and 15 -19
• Eating Disorders
• Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Drug Affected Baby Program: program that explains the hazards of using drugs and alcohol during pregnancy
• Roses, Rubbers, And Rainbows: educational workshop for youth about Dating Relationships, Healthy Sexuality, Understanding Homosexuality
• Smoking Cessation Group
• Teen Advisory Council: active group of teens working for teens and on The Resource Centre For Youth project
• Tutoring: program for teens Wednesday's 4:00-5:30 pm
• Weight Loss Management Group

Services:

• Computer Access Centre: access to computers and assistance to get you on the information highway
• Saint John Food Purchasing Club: maximize your grocery dollar and increase your buying power

Counseling, Walk-In 8-10 pm, unscheduled visits and Nursing Outreach are additional services provided for individuals.
