Facing the Future with Confidence
Description: Facing the Future with Confidence is an 8-week program for women over 35. It provides women with the tools, skills, and information to help recognize strengths, turn negative thoughts into positive action, enhance self esteem and assertiveness, and face the future with renewed confidence.
Hours Program: One evening/week 6:30pm-8:30pm
