AIDS Saint John is a non-profit, community based volunteer organization serving Health Region 2, that extends from Sussex to St. Stephen. We provide a wide range of education, prevention, advocacy, and support services for those directly and indirectly affected by HIV/AIDS and the community at large.
AIDS SAINT JOHN CAN HELP!
We offer:
- A resource library
- A web site
- Individual counseling
- Prevention materials and products (i.e. free condoms)
- Education sessions
- Emergency funding for PLWHIV/AIDS
- Treatment information
- Advocacy
- Awareness events
- A needle exchange program
And in co-operation with other three AIDS Service Organizations in New Brunswick:
- Support groups
- Retreats
- Skill-building opportunities for persons living with HIV/AIDS
